The purpose of this term is to define the general conditions of sale established between Nobre & Queiroz Lda. owner of O Guardiao brand NIF 514798874 and costumer, from the order to the various services provided, such as the modes of payment and the conditions of delivery of the goods.

These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to carry out the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

Data and personal information

The user of the site is responsible for the veracity of your personal data, the elements of access to your account (email and password), the elements with which your carries out the payment of orders and, to guarantee their confidentiality. The user undertakes to immediately insert into their registration account on the site any changes to them.

Product Catalog (On-line Shop)

Nobre & Queiroz Lda. Makes every effort to ensure that the photographs of the products presented on the site are the closest to the real color. However, color is a factor that depends on each monitor and its settings. In this regard, we can not guarantee that your monitor will reflect the real color of the product.

All measurements are approximate, however we try to ensure that they are accurate as possible.

We take the necessary precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products displayed on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which the product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

We reserve to change, delete or move any information on the Site at any time without notice.

Ordering process

To place an order, the customer must be over 18 years old and undertakes to provide true data to allow the order to be processed.
When you order, it is mandatory to provide valid contact information (e-mail / telephone). Failure to provide these data makes the order impossible and its immediate cancellation without notice.
All products, campaigns, promotions and offers are limited to the physical stock available and / or units stipulated for the campaign.
Orders will be shipped no later than 4 days after order confirmation and stock availability. In the event of a stock break we will contact the customer immediately.
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days.

The denial of orders may have the following reasons:

  • Product out of stock;
  • Stock break;
  • Inability to obtain payment authorization;
  • Order considered fraudulent.

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you immediately.

After completing your order online, an email will be sent to the address provided by the customer, with confirmation of receipt of your order.

It is possible to cancel orders that have not yet been sent.

Prices

Prices are shown in Euros, including tax. All prices can be changed without prior notice.

Total price

The total price specified in the final menu of the order includes taxes and shipping costs.

Price Changes

The prices of products presented are subject to change. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.

Price Errors

Our website is updated periodically, however it is possible that the price information contains errors. Nobre & Queiroz Lda.

If have any mistakes in any prices, we can cancel your order.

Please note that the change of country of delivery may have influence on prices due to transportation costs.

  • Bank transfer;
  • ATM reference.

Shipping costs

The delivery costs are automatically calculated by the system and depend on the weight of the order, the value of the order and the tariffs of the carriers (subject to periodic updates).

Shipping charges are automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.

Offer of shipping for orders over 50.00 € for Continental Portugal only.

Returns

Returns have a term of 14 days from the reception of the order, as provided in article 6 of Decree-Law of Portugal no. 82/2008 of May 20

Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact, clean, with no indication that they have been used. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and the customer will not be reimbursed.

If the product you wish to return has been purchased as part of a promotional campaign and has benefited from offer products, you must return not only the product in question, but also the offer that you have been awarded with your purchase.

It is only possible to return a promotion in its entirety. If the customer wishes to return only a product of promotion, must return all the products that constitute the same pack.

The shipping costs for returns are of the customer, if you wish to return the product (s) simply indicate the order number and the reason for the return to the address geral@oguardiao.pt and then you will receive a response with all necessary information for the return.

Orders not delivered

If a pre-paid order is not delivered for reasons not attributable to Nobre & Queiroz Lda. or to the shipping company, we will refund the amount paid, deducting shipping and return costs. Pre-paid orders are those paid by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Multibanco Reference. The customer will be required to provide bank details for reimbursement.

If the reason for the delivery is not achieved and the return of the order is the responsibility of the shipping company, regardless of the payment method chosen, the customer will have to send us a written complaint that will be analyzed by the shipping company If it is found that the problem is the incorrect or incomplete address, we ask that the customer attach proof of address to the complaint.

The solution presented to the customer will depend on the answer given by the shipping company. Thus, in cases of complaints originated by the shipping company, we can only present a solution to the customer after we have received a response from the shipping company.

If the shipping company accepts full responsibility for the return of the order and if all the items originally ordered are available, we will suggest to the customer the return without additional costs. If the original order was prepaid, instead of a replacement order, the customer may opt for the refund. If the freight forwarder does not accept responsibility, we can not accept the claim, which means that the refund or replacement order will be subject to the above mentioned terms of orders returned for reasons not attributable to Nobre & Queiroz Lda. Or to the shipping company.

Claims

If the customer has received a defective or damaged product or if the product received is different from the one that the customer actually ordered, you will need to attach some photographs that are clearly visible both the problem detected and the condition of the packaging where the order was delivered.

If at the moment of delivery of the order the condition of the packaging is not in perfect condition, the customer must reject the delivery with the risk that the complaint is not accepted.
